Scope of Work:
The operators will support our engineering and commissioning team in:
- Fuel system flushing, leak testing, and pressure testing
- Commissioning of pumps, valves, flow meters, filter water separators, and instrumentation
- Line priming, system startup, and soak testing using JP8 fuel
- Participating in full-scale operational tests in compliance with AWS-DJ-90 and project-specific procedures
- Performing routine operational checks, fuel sampling, and quality Control procedures
- Assisting with fault diagnostics and liaising with vendors for troubleshooting
- Supporting DSTA and SSC during inspection and performance verification
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, or relevant technical discipline
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aviation fuel systems, oil terminals, or fuel hydrant operations
- Proven experience in fuel commissioning, pressure testing, or system startup is essential
- Familiarity with JP8 or Jet A-1 handling procedures, fuel sampling and quality control standards
- Basic understanding of P&IDs, control panels, MOVs, Cla-Val, PD meters, and filter systems
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and confined space conditions
Preferred Certifications:
- Safety certifications (WSQ Apply Workplace Safety and Health, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work)
- Basic electrical or instrumentation troubleshooting skills
- JIG or EI 1530 fuel handling knowledge is an advantage
Additional Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR preferred (due to site access and security clearance)
- Willingness to work on shifts or weekends as required by commissioning schedule
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
