Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop equipment and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, email, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Support IT asset management including inventory tracking and equipment lifecycle.
  • Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and disposal as needed.
  • Carry desktop equipment (e.g., PCs, monitors) up and down stairs in areas without lift access.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as required.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and user requests.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid IT certification
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and respond promptly to user needs.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Basic knowledge of IT security and data privacy practices.
