In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing essential support to team members across departments. You will play a key part in maintaining an organized, efficient, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and attend to visitors in a polite and professional manner

· Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members

· Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and manage courier services

· Assist in managing the meeting room and ensure they are well-maintained

· Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items as needed

· Support the coordination of basic office maintenance and liaise with vendors when required

· Help prepare and submit purchase requests, follow up on approvals, and check received items against invoices

· Assist in the planning and coordination of company events or team activities

· Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

· Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
