
HR Executive (6 months contract - convertible) #FR (TUAS)

Your new role
- Your responsibilities will cover thefull spectrum of the employee lifecycle, recruitment, payroll (Third party vendor), etc.
- Well versed in regulations for statutory items, CPF, WICA, SDL
- Processed payroll, overtime, and employee claims for both in-house and outsourced employees.
- Filed income tax (IR21) submissions.
- Managed government claims, such as NS makeup, childcare leave and work injury compensation.
- Maintained employee databases, leave records in HRIS and staff personnel files.
- Manage employee welfare events such as staff outings, workshops, CSR etc.
- Employee lifecycle events which includes processing requests for stretch assignments, processing new hires according to company policies and relevant regulations and ensuring timely competition of data fields critical for smooth integration into payroll systems,
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management.
