- Coordinate with external financial agencies for finance policies and governance matters and provides support to all financial studies, policy reviews
- Managing limited financial resources while meeting operational requirements
- Understanding the RSAF operations to effectively prioritise platform and system needs
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of finance, procurement, and logistics policies
- Education in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or Engineering
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Strategic thinking abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal capabilities

- Microsoft Office proficiency
- SAP knowledge is preferred
