Senior Consultant / Project Manager, SAP FICO

What will you do

Implement, configure, and support the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Perform testing, user training, and provide ongoing support to maximize the efficiency of SAP FICO solutions.

Manage system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues in the FICO modules, providing effective solutions to enhance system performance.

Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and integrate activities with other teams within IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts

The ideal candidate should possess:

Strong understanding of SAP Finance process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation, specifically with S/4 HANA (Private / Public Cloud)

SAP project Implementation and rollout experience in SAP FICO and Budgeting/Planning.

Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).

Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems

The ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops

Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

Knowledge of solution techniques and methods

Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.

Familiarity with the latest S/4 HANA features and functionalities.

Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP best practices.

SAP certification in FICO and S/4 HANA is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps or SAP GROW is a big plus

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
