  • Facilitateandconductbidreviewmeetings,documentactionitemsandfollowupwiththeproposalteamontheactionitems.
  • Recordminutesduringthebidreviewmeetings.
  • Preparebidreviewreportstotheproposalandmanagementteams.
  • Capturerecordsofreviewsandprovideregularmanagementanalyticsonthebidssubmitted.

RiskAssessmentandCompliance

  • Reviewthebid/tenderbyfocusingonthesalesgovernance,ensuringthatcertainstandardsaremetandcomplied.
  • Assesstherisklevelofdealsandprovidenecessaryinputstothebidteamsandapproverstosupportdecisionmaking.
  • Performtherelevantescalationstothenextlevelapproversforbidsthatareatriskofsubmissionorhavedeliveryrisks.

StrategicAdvisoryandSupport

  • Providevalue-addedsupportthroughrecommendationsonwin-strategiesandriskmitigations.

TeamCollaborationandDevelopment
