Whatwillyoudo
BidReviewandDocumentation
- Facilitateandconductbidreviewmeetings,documentactionitemsandfollowupwiththeproposalteamontheactionitems.
- Recordminutesduringthebidreviewmeetings.
- Preparebidreviewreportstotheproposalandmanagementteams.
- Capturerecordsofreviewsandprovideregularmanagementanalyticsonthebidssubmitted.
RiskAssessmentandCompliance
- Reviewthebid/tenderbyfocusingonthesalesgovernance,ensuringthatcertainstandardsaremetandcomplied.
- Assesstherisklevelofdealsandprovidenecessaryinputstothebidteamsandapproverstosupportdecisionmaking.
- Performtherelevantescalationstothenextlevelapproversforbidsthatareatriskofsubmissionorhavedeliveryrisks.
StrategicAdvisoryandSupport
- Providevalue-addedsupportthroughrecommendationsonwin-strategiesandriskmitigations.
- Supportmultipledealstoenableapprovers(Directors,Partners,andSeniorPartners)tomakebusinessdecisions.
TeamCollaborationandDevelopment
- Providecoachingtothebidteamsonthebiddevelopment/risk/complianceaspects.
- Engageandworkhand-in-handwiththeproposalteamthatincludesthesalesteam,solutionarchitect,etc.
- Participatesindepartment/division/group/corporateinitiativestodrive,developandsustainthedepartment'sobjectives(bidmanagementcentreofexcellence)andorganization'sobjectives.
Theidealcandidateshouldpossess:
- Atleast2yearsofexperienceinprojectdeliveryandorPresalesSolutioningofApplication/InfrastructureServices
- ExperienceinProcurementwillalsobeconsidered.
- ExperienceinhandlingITprojecttendersaspartofProposal/Presales/Salesteam(addedadvantage)
