Solutions Architect - #catalystWSP

Singtel x Singapore Institute of Technology have embarked on a Work-Study Programme (WSP) launched in Feb 2023. The WSP is called The Catalyst Programme which is a structured on-the-job (OJT) development WSP that allows Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in Applied Computing. This programme is open to Singtel's internal employees as well as external polytechnic diploma holders preferably from the ICT domain. Non-ICT diploma holders are encouraged to apply as well. In line with building capability in Singapore ICT sector this program will develop & groom talent over a 3-year period completing micro-credentials for each module which eventually stack-up to an honours degree in Applied Computing. Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions that align with AI solution and GPU cloud platform.
• Design and implement architecture AI solution and GPU cloud platform based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Manage relationships and expectations with key stakeholders and clients in the AI domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to align on solution objectives and priorities.
• Lead technical workshops and discussions to align architecture vision with business goals.
• Ensure architecture solutions are optimized for performance and scalability in GPU cloud environments and guide best practice architecture for AI solution and GPU cloud.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of architecture principles and cloud services.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Possesses a foundational technical background to learn and actively contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures acrossGPUcloud for AI solution, working collaboratively under the guidance of senior members.
