As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vessel Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full documentation support to the Vessel Operations Managers.
  • Prepare and maintain records for:
    Post Fixture Hire Statement (PFHS)
    Emission Trading (EUA) reconciliation and submissions
    Time Charter In (TCI) hire raising
    Time Charter Out (TCO) PFHS entries
    Claims documentation and record-keeping
  • Assist in document verification such as:
    LOI (Letters of Indemnity)
    Charter Party (CP) checks
    Off-hire summaries and cost logs
    Hold cleaning bonus records
    Charterers’ expense breakdown sheets
  • Prepare internal reports and presentation materials (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Maintain data collection systems and assist in updating operational databases
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational paperwork and compliance follow-ups

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, or relevant field
  • Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided
  • Basic understanding of dry bulk shipping operations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
