Make an Impact by
- Maintain and update current repository of app performance data (sales contri to eShop, usage) on a weekly and monthly basis to track trends and key insights.
- Consolidate and optimize web support articles from by integrating relevant links to eShop/app, driving self-serve and increasing traffic.
- Refresh and enhance My Singtel App push notification guides to reflect the latest updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. eShop marketing team, designers) to execute push notification campaigns and in-app banners that drive traffic and sales.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, including preparing presentation slides for meetings and updates.
- Support the planning and execution of internal teambuilding and volunteerism activities.
Skills for Success:
- Minimum commitment of 3 months
- Currently pursuing a university degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with digital marketing trends and emerging digital touchpoints.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
