What the role is:This strategic role leads MUIS's workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing and capabilities for current and future needs. The position involves analysing workforce trends, developing talent strategies, and managing Human Resource (HR) information systems (WorkDay/Cumulus and ODIN). Key responsibilities include overseeing system security, user training, and records management. The role also provides essential backup for Compensation & Benefits functions.
