Job Scope
1. General Administrative Support
Manage daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
Filing, data entry, and document management
Arrange meetings and prepare meeting materials
Handle office supplies and equipment procurement
Ensure proper filing of documents in line with company and legal requirements
2. HR Suppor and procurement coordination
Assist with staff attendance, leave records, and HR document management
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for purchasing
3. Communication & Correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Coordinate internal and external communications (e.g., with clients, via email or phone)
Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Fresh or Junior welcomed
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant applications.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communicator across departments and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- immediate starter or short notice is preferred.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required. The candidate must be able to speak Mandarin for communication with stakeholders and teams in China.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
