Requirements
- Writing copy in long and short form / headlines
- Write, review and adapt copy that result in effective and compelling communication for the client's brand and products
- Produce Creative work of quality and in volume for Print, Digital, TV & Content, etc
- Champion conceptual thinking and great writing; leading by example
- Be proactive in resolving any issues that come up, escalating as appropriate for support
- Respond promptly to Copywriting requests (as required) from clients
- Demonstrate and champion clear understanding of brand
- Maintain consistency in the brand's tone of voice regardless of media format
- Deliver work of a consistent creative quality level
- Champion, promote and lead by example in view of key Hogarth policies, procedures and values
- Provide sound copywriting advice and support to team members/stakeholders, demonstrating sound judgement drawing on technical and professional experiences
Ideal Experience & Skills Required
- Extensive experience of at least 5 years of working and collaborating in teams within industry
- Proven creative experience in print, digital and TV
- Experience in banking/finance/wealth industry will be an added advantage
- Cares about the craft and obsessed with excellent writing that is thoughtful, meaningful, provocative at times, clear and inspiring.
- A conceptual creative who can come up with big ideas (when needed) but also capable of paying attention to the smallest details, like punctuation
- Competent in of Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrable experience of developing relationships and interacting with clients
- Confident in formation and delivery of presentations to Clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills
