  • Work with legal and compliance teams on investor due diligence, KYC/AML, and fund documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and fundraising progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, private banking, or asset management.
  • Strong track record in raising capital for funds, especially in private equity, hedge funds, real estate, or alternative investments.
  • Extensive network in institutional investment and wealth management sectors.
  • Deep understanding of fund structures, investment strategies, and capital markets.
