- Oversee and manage derivatives trade processing across futures and options
- Ensure timely trade capture, validation, matching, and settlement across multiple exchanges and clearinghouses.
- Manage daily margin and collateral requirements with clearing brokers and counterparties.
- Ensure accurate clearing and settlement of trades in accordance with exchange rules and counterparty agreements.
- Perform and oversee daily position, P&L, and cash reconciliations to mitigate risk and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and review reports for audit, compliance, and risk management functions.

- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in derivatives operations within a brokerage, investment bank, or asset management firm.
