  • Provide real-time technical support to traders, ensuring smooth operation of trading platforms and infrastructure.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Monitor system health and end-of-day data processing to address any issues promptly.
  • Administer and maintain trading platforms, liaising with vendors for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with setting up and configuring trading terminals, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Ensure timely incident handling, escalation, and resolution to minimize impact on trading activities.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and enhance system performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support within a trading environment.
  • Mandatory experience in supporting trading floors and trading platforms such as FIS Valdi, Bloomberg terminals, CQG Desktop, or TT Futures.
  • Ability to work in shifts to support 24/6 trading operations
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
