Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10 years of regional finance/accounting experience
- 5 years Leadership/People Management experience.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Strong IFRS knowledge, manufacturing cost accounting and experience in consolidating international subsidiaries.
- Preferred M&A integration and regulatory compliance experience.
- Proficient in SAP
- Fluent in English.Mandarin preferred to communicate with counterparts in China
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willing to travel internationally.
