  • Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting across various jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with external advisors to optimize tax efficiency and stay on top of regulatory changes.
  • Lead internal and external audits, strengthening controls and addressing audit finding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10 years of regional finance/accounting experience
  • 5 years Leadership/People Management experience.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge, manufacturing cost accounting and experience in consolidating international subsidiaries.
  • Preferred M&A integration and regulatory compliance experience.
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Fluent in English.Mandarin preferred to communicate with counterparts in China
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel internationally.
