  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects across trade processing, settlements, clearing, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies in brokerage operations workflows and propose solutions for automation and process improvements.
  • Work closely with IT, vendors, and internal teams to implement technology upgrades and system enhancements.
  • Drive standardization of operational procedures and best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate risks and enhance control frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in brokerage operations, project management, or operational transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other financial products.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects within a brokerage or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle, clearing, settlements, and post-trade operations
