
Senior / Recruitment Consultant
Location: Paya Lebar (East)
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2300 - $3200 + Performance Incentives

Job scope:
• Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries
• Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
• Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
• Service existing clients and to source for new businesses.
• Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry
• Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
• Achieve Individual & Company sales targets
Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field
• Preferably with CEI qualification
• Preferably with 1 - 2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
• Have the passion to do sales and affinity to achieve targets.
• Extroverted personality and keen to communicate with all walks of life.
• Familiar with MS Office applications.
