We are looking for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Key Account Manager for a leading global testing, inspection, and certification company. The role will be based in Singapore and will oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts across the region. You will be part of a collaborative and international team that thrives on client excellence, cross-border coordination, and data-driven solutions.As the Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing long-term relationships with a few key clients of strategic importance. Youll serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring performance, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth across multiple business lines.The ideal candidate would have strong sales and account management experience, preferably from the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), energy, oil & gas, or maritime/logistics-related sectors. Experience working in or with multinational organizations and navigating complex matrix structures will be an advantage.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead relationship owner for a group of large strategic accounts across the region.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and operational teams to deliver consistent service and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement account plans with performance milestones and sales targets.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across service lines and geographies.
  • Monitor contract performance, drive renewals, and lead tender submissions.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and key account meetings with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Analyze account performance data and provide insight into client trends, industry developments, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of account management or business development experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Analytical, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Regional experience and international exposure are highly valued.
