Job Description:
  • Assisting in the processing of prescriptions (registration of prescriptions, typing, picking, labelling and dispensing of medications) and screening of prescriptions
  • Provide appropriate counselling and information to patients and caregivers
  • Manage drug inventory (e.g. stock replenishment, conducting stock counts and inventory checks)
  • Handles enquiries related to medication supplies, drug related issues, product information, pharmacy services and general patient workflow
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials for daily staff roll call
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain necessary records and statistics as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of work areas and prepare these for daily operations
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (Clinical Track) or its equivalent or GCE A/O/N level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course conducted by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore
