Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical/Polymer Technology, or Material Science.
- Strong understanding of material properties and behaviors for application in projects.
- Expertise in engineering plastics used in consumer products.
- Familiarity with injection molding processes.
- Experience with plastic additives and fillers.
- Knowledge of industrial testing standards such as ISO, ASTM, and UL test protocols.
- Hands-on experience in the molding industry.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
