  • Strong understanding of material properties and behaviors for application in projects.
  • Expertise in engineering plastics used in consumer products.
  • Familiarity with injection molding processes.
  • Experience with plastic additives and fillers.
  • Knowledge of industrial testing standards such as ISO, ASTM, and UL test protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in the molding industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
