We are inviting applications for the following position:What you will be working on:You will work in a team to ensure the Human Resource (HR) recruitment functions and staffing matters are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and undertake the automation of HR processes. - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes which include coordinating with hiring departments on job advertisements, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding and updating of the new hires' records in HR system. - Ensuring that the entire recruitment process from job requisition, offer acceptance to onboarding is conducted in a timely and efficient manner. - Coordinating the onboarding and exit processes. - Assisting in staffing matters reporting to senior management. - Work on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for recruitment/offboarding processes.What we are looking for:You should be a Singapore citizen. You are tech-savvy, self-motivated, work well under tight timelines and have good interpersonal skills. Experience in any of the above areas will be helpful but is not a pre-requisite.About Ministry of Transport:The Mission of Ministry of Transport is to develop Singapore's land, sea and air transport sectors so as to enhance our economic competitiveness and quality of life in a knowledge-based economy. MOT oversees the development and regulation of the following sectors: • Civil Aviation and Air Transport • Maritime and Ports • Land Transport Besides providing an efficient and cost-effective transportation in Singapore, it also strives to make Singapore an international civil aviation and maritime centre for the region. The ministry sets the strategic and policy direction while operations and regulatory works are carried out by the statutory boards under its charge. There are four statutory boards which are established by Acts of Parliament: the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC). The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
