Responsibilities:
- Understand scope of work and client’s requirement
- Interpret and review system drawings to identify differences to tender requirements and raise queries against specification
- Conduct on-site survey and data gathering where necessary
- Develop and propose design when needed
- Prepare sales proposals, tender and project documents to assist in the submission of technical and commercial bids
- Carry out discussions with and propose solutions for clients
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, with strong technical knowledge
- Sound knowledge of construction or project execution with construction estimating an advantage
- Team player with strong personal drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership
- Ability to plan and organize, and is willing and capable of multi-tasking functions.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill with ability to interact with people at different levels
- Proactive, resourceful and independent individual with good problem solving and analytical skills
