- Experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth in wealth management services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead large teams and build a high-performance culture.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in private banking and wealth management.
