We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as a Sales Engineer. In this role, the candidate will reach out to our customers in the plumbing and sanitary market to provide customized solutions to meet their various business needs. The ideal candidate will have to juggle between administrative tasks, site work and deliver quality solutions to our clients leveraging on their technical expertise and sales acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and service existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present technical product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation.
  • Provide post-sales support and training to clients to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Attend site meeting scheduled by stake holders.
  • Assist to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems at job site
  • Provide update to management on the progress of the project.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and competitor offerings.
  • Attend to any other miscellaneous duties assigned by management.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Possessing relevant technical qualifications in mechanical/ electrical/ mechatronics engineering or other related fields..
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, systems, and products relevant to our industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly to clients.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with various departments.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • MUST HAVE a valid class 3 Singapore driving license.
