Job Description
- Responsible project coordination and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Oversee project timelines, planning, material procurement, cost tracking, and documentation management.
- Work with both internal design teams and external stakeholders to manage document and drawing submissions, revisions, resubmissions, and approvals.
- Maintain and back up project documentation, including drawings, reports, and procedures (e.g., SOPs, WI, Lessons Learned).
- Participate in project meetings, provide regular progress updates, and submit reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, QA) to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Engage with clients and suppliers to resolve technical issues related to product manufacturing.
- Develop and manage key project documents, including Process Flows, Control Plans, pFMEA, WI, APQP, and PPAP.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in SPC, FMEA, DFM, and DOE methodologies.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949 standards, and experience with FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and IOPQ.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with experience working across different levels of an organization.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
