- Overall in charge of the daily operations of the in-house clinic.

- Request doctors on any necessary medical enquiry including doctor's certification letter / memo.
- Review, negotiate with and appoint Company-panel clinics and health-screeners
- Review and administer all medical-related claims, medical insurance claims and workmen's compensation resulting from work-related injuries / illnesses.
- Maintain and monitor the medical and dental benefits of plant's usage.
- Review medical leave status and highlight to management on signs of malingered cases and unhealthy signs.
- Liaise with HR recruitment team and doctors on any pre-employment / re-employment medical issues, as part of recruitment and re-employment processes.
- Coordinate the Employees' Gift Program on cases of birth of child, inpatient hospitalization and condolence, and administer the Wellness Loyalty Cards and incentives.
- Administer the site's injury and occupational illnesses management and recordability system (MOM's WSH Incident Reporting - iReporting).
- Work with Safety Officer in coordinating medical surveillance to employees with workplace hazard exposure, under MOM's statutory regulations.
- Work with Safety Officer in collecting, reviewing and analyzing available medical surveillance data. Highlight issues / concerns and recommend appropriate abatement actions or plans.
- Ensure compliance to RBA standards on Health & Safety, including review and maintenance of relevant medical-related SOPs.
- Constant shop walk to maintain a safe workplace for employees.
- Active member of the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Committee.
- Provide monthly reports on the clinic's medical or related health items inventory stock level and records of staff walk-in seeking medical inquiries.
- State Registered Nurse (SRN), with valid Practising License
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
- Preferably with minimum 3 to 4 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
- Must be energetic as well as be able to run in-house medical centre independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel for medical registration and generating reports.
- Able to interact well with people of all levels
- Hands on, able to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
