- Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, post scheduling, and strategic organization to maximise engagement and reach.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant tools, delivering regular reports and insights.
Collaboration and Administration
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Maintain seamless communication across various groups to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management you have a deep understanding of the current and emerging social media landscape, trends and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, iMovie, Premiere Pro)
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools for YouTube, Tik Tok and Instagram Reels
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
- Familiarity with social media management tools
