Service Crew (Full Time)
Job Description:
1) Perform The 4 Steps of Making Putu Piring [PP] - (Will be Taught)
2) Handle Cashiering Duties
3) Opening & Closing of Sales (when required)
4) Ensure Outlet Cleanliness & Hygiene at ALL Times
5) Call out to customers to Boost Sales
6) Upselling of Products
7) Building Rapport with Customers
8) Greet Customers Nicely and Wish Farewells
9) Remember to Check with Customer their Orders and Pass thier Receipts
10) Check Company Phone should there be any Online Orders
11) Handle Delivery Devices for Online Orders and Double Check if Orders are Correct to Ensure No Mistakes on the Order is made.
12) Be respectful to collegues and staff
13) Listen to orders from supervisors and management team
Requirements:
1) Able to Work on Weekends
2) Able to Perform the 4 Steps of PP Making
3) Able to do Cashier Duties
4) Able to Listen to Instructions and Adapt to New Environment
5) Can work in Humid Environment
6) Able to do Basic Sales & Communication Skills
7) Knows how to use Whatsapp for Work Purposes (Outlet Group, etc.)
Salary:
Basic: $1600 (Min. 44h) - Excess Hours will be paid OT
Gross with OT depending on hours can range from $1800 - $2600
