Focused on sustainable growth and operational excellence, they work closely with importers and explore alternative GTM strategies to build long-term value and competitive advantage.About the roleThis role is responsible for developing and implementing winning strategies to achieve the goals of the International Sales Hub in APAC. You will be tasked with setting the vision, mission, and desired market positioning, identifying key gaps, and formulating action plans to drive growth across regions and segments. A critical part of your role will involve planning, budgeting, forecasting, managing, and following up on vehicle sales and marketing activities to meet targets centered on profitable growth, product cycle management, and operational excellence. You'll set up long-term planning structures, support dealer business plans, manage sales incentives, and lead price management and performance monitoring. The role also includes driving brand and marketing strategies, both internally and externally, supporting regions in product offering development, and managing demand planning, delivery, logistics, and customer satisfaction processes. Operational excellence in order fulfillment, special vehicle adaptation, and sales documentation will also be part of your remit.What You Bring to the Table (And Why It Matters)You will possess a BA/MBA (a plus but not a must) in related field with over 13 years of relevant industry and sales expertise coupled with leadership capabilities. You will also bring extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, coupled with strong knowledge in contracting, negotiating, change management, and structuring sales quota goals and revenue targets. Your ability to plan marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and effective public relations efforts is critical to strengthening the brand's presence. Your skills in managing a wide range of diverse operational issues ensure the business stays agile and customer-focused. International exposure and multi-cultural competence are essential for success in this APAC-focused role.
