- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of detailed mechanical designs across system, subsystem, module, and component levels.
- Provide expert guidance and review on critical technical developments related to precision mechanical instruments.
- Identify and resolve issues, driving improvements in product reliability and performance.
- Ensure that designs fulfill user needs while meeting cost constraints and adhering to high-quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of surgical robotic system design experience.
- Experience of structure design of small, precision parts and moving/driving mechanism
- Experience of surgical instrument design, such as surgical, laparoscopic, endoscopic tools
- Experience of medical product design.
