As the Performance Marketing Head, you will be a key driver of impact, change, and strategic direction within our marketing department.Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the leadership team, you will spearhead high-impact projects and initiativesthat align with OOm's mission and business objectives.

- Optimize Campaigns:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed targets.
- Enhance Team Performance:Design and deliver regular training sessions to enhance team skills, promote continuous learning, and stay updated with industry developments.
- Improve Processes:Evaluate and refine departmental processes and workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.
