What is your mission
As an Analyst, you will support Operations by generating and analyzing regular reports, performing statistical analysis, and tracking productivity metrics. Additionally, you may assist in new initiatives led by the project team and may be involved in planning and implementing process enhancements.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
- Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and charts.
- Conduct trend analysis of calls and emails received.
- Coordinates and generates reports on agents report cards on productivity
- Track and report on case resolution within turnaround time.
- Maintain and organize all reports for effective housekeeping.
- Provide visibility into key KPIs related to intraday functions, such as adherence and shrinkage.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a reporting environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality and accurate reports within tight deadlines (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong technical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Klipfolio, Qlik, R, or SPSS is a plus.
- Adaptability to different stakeholders, business models, and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
