- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet.

- Monitor the fleet budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings while considering the business requirements.
- Continuous monitoring of the fleet usage for further optimisation in terms of vehicle efficiency and usage.
- Support company's decarbonization effort by ensuring a smooth transition of vehicles from ICE to EVs and Buggies, as well as bringing in AC and DC chargers.
- Support the planning of office space management and any relocation of division staff to ensure staff have proper working space.
- Preferably a Diploma in Logistics or Transportation.
- 1-2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
