- Plan, examine, analyse, evaluate and supervise GB's security operations, inclusive of physical security assets and security and surveillance personnel

- Conduct, supervise and prepare reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of GB's security policies and procedures. Develop, implement and manage security training
- Serves as GB's liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security at GB
- Perform other activities as assigned by Management from time to time
- Degree or Diploma in relevant fields
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing security systems, projects and security guards
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- Experience in crowd control and managing large scale events
- Prior experience in uniformed organisations and/or leadership role in large establishments or installations will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to motivate team are essential
- Able to work on weekends and after office hours
