Experience: 10 Years
- Lead the system architecture area related to client & partner management (Customer Lifecycle Management, CLM) by providing architecture and solution blueprints.
- Experience in client lifecycle management domain
- Experience in developing and maintaining systems that supports marketing efforts such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Bachelor/master's degree in engineering or computer science
- 10+ years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise systems in banking domain, preferably wealth management
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachmann
- Strong collaboration skills across hierarchy levels and organizational boundaries
- Very good knowledge and experience in modern web technologies
- Proficiency in enterprise technologies such as Java EE, spring boot, databases like Oracle and MySQL, integration technologies like IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, Kafka streaming, etc.
- Experience in implementing DevOps principles in the organization.
