The Project Sales Manager will be responsible in developing sales of our Premium Range of Kitchen Appliances in Singapore and our overseas markets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Strong professional network of the Real Estate Industry is an added advantage
  • Experienced in business plan, forecasting and budgeting
  • Willingness to travel for work (at least once a month)

Job Description

  • Responsible for Project Sales Activities in Singapore and Asia by approaching Developers, Importers, Consultants, Architects and Contractors to secure sales specifically in the real estate and housing segment
  • Develop Business Strategies and Pipelines to achieve Sales Targets
  • To Expand customer base by developing and pursuing new clients and establishing new partnerships
  • To manage the sales process from end to end (submission of quotation, site meetings, payments, trainings and etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends
  • Any other duties as assigned
