For more information, visit .IntroductionOpportunity in advanced eNVM technology development, as a Principal Engineer you will be responsible for driving a differentiated technology (eNVM) development through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer specifications and contribute to GlobalFoundries corporate objective to be the leader in providing feature-rich solution to customers.Your JobWe are looking for candidate who is interested in technology development in advanced CMOS and eNVM process integration and device areas.To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirementsTo work with different teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processesTo integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirementsInteract and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during developmentTo perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issuesGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
