We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent and Transformation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Intern in our Talent and Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.

- Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables.
- Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.
- Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
- Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from February/ March 2025.
- A passion for learning about various areas of HR.
- Good-to-have: Writing samples or samples of your project planning capabilities, from your university assignments or otherwise.
