  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

The role of accountants is set to evolve as digital transformation and concepts of sustainability begin to take centre stage across all industries.

The Graduate Accountant-Advisor Programme (GAAP) is a career programme by RSM Singapore to transform accountancy graduates with high potential into multi-skilled, highly trained and professionally qualified business advisors that can navigate the complex business environment and deliver impactful outcomes to our clients.

As part of GAAP, you will be rotated among various job functions, ranging from financial audits, tax, IT audits, data science and environmental, social and governance (ESG) projects. You will be mentored by expert professionals in the field to become a young leader with multi-disciplinary skill sets, able to tackle the challenges of the future. You will also be given full support to obtain the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualifications (SCAQ) or Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP), as well as other relevant qualifications, where applicable

Specialisations

After completion of 2 to 3 years with the programme, you will have the option to specialise in one or more of the following areas:

(1) Assurance or Tax

  • Working with our clients to improve their corporate reporting and help them to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Special assurance work, including acting as reporting accountants for IPO.

OR

  • Provide high quality tax services to our clients to help them navigate regulatory complexity.
  • Our tax practice includes Corporate Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing and Tax Advisory.

(2) ESG or Data Science

  • Our ESG Practice is a cross-functional multi-disciplinary team comprising Assurance, Tax and Advisory professionals specialising in helping our clients navigate the dynamic climate change and sustainability agenda.
  • Our work includes Sustainability Assurance, Sustainability Reporting, Standards Implementation and Benchmarking.

OR

  • From identifying pain points to providing tailored digital solutions, we empower our clients by creating value and future-proofing their businesses.
  • Our range of services include Business Intelligence, Automation, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence and Process Enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in accountancy (local or overseas)
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics and/or ESG will be a plus
  • Technically competent, technology-savvy, energetic, and culturally adaptable
  • Good interpersonal communication, report writing, and presentation skills
  • Versatile, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
