Senior Programme Executive
Job Summary
Serve as the overseer of all programmes in Active Ageing Centre (AAC) and Senior Care Centre (SCC). Develop quality standards in key programmes for Senior Services and ensure consistency of programme delivery. Work with key stakeholder and collaborators to provide quality programmes for seniors.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop a set of core and elective senior centric programmes in Active Aging Centres (AAC) and Senior Care Centres (SCC) according to guidelines provided by MOH and/or Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
- Implement core and elective programmes.
- Strategize plans to promote programmes to the seniors.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to develop quality programmes that meet the physical, emotional and mental needs of seniors.
- Support outreach of AAC and SCC.
- Work closely with volunteer and community engagement lead to ensure alignment of programmes with Senior Services.
- Work with funding source in implementation of existing and new programmes and programmes on trial.
- Utilise data analytics to understand effectiveness of programmes across all services and perform regular programme evaluation.
Additional Responsibility
Attend to any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the reporting officer.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Degree in related fields / Degree in Social Work
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Social Service or similar sector.
Special Aptitude and Knowledge
- Experience in senior care or active ageing centres preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Community Care environment and service processes is important.
- Experience in community care provision is an advantage.
- Is a person of integrity, highly motivated, a team leader and able to maintain good interpersonal relationships in collaboration with various partners in the healthcare system.
The selected candidate can look forward to a competitive remuneration package consisting of basic salary, 13th month AWS and variable bonus.
