- Identify and acquire new Chinese clients in Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese businesses and partners.
- Promote Aptiv8’s manpower recruitment services to Chinese companies.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
- Stay updated on Singapore’s foreign worker policies and market trends.
- Knowledge of Mandarin/English is essential
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in manpower recruitment.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills. Possess ready Chinese clients is important
- Knowledge of Singapore’s workforce regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
