We are looking for a qualified and driven Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager to join the Marketing & Sales team at the London School of Business & Finance (LSBF).
This role requires a strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation, and project management to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and market engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Commercial (India) and the Associate Director of Domestic Sales & Marketing (local), we seek marketing professional who is experienced with Salesforce systems, high proficiency in performance marketing, analytics, sales support, social media management, and hands-on experience in running campaigns on Google and Meta are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Ads, and Affiliate Marketing to drive lead generation and increase conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Business Manager to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage data and A/B testing to refine digital marketing strategies and achieve maximum ROI across all platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to continuously improve marketing tactics and positioning.
Marketing Performance & Reporting
- Monitor the effectiveness of all digital campaigns and adjust strategies to meet performance targets.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on the performance of campaigns, offering recommendations to improve outcomes and meet objectives.
- Manage the website content and update key materials such as landing pages and promotional assets.
Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement an audience-first content marketing strategy for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and EDM campaigns.
- Copywrite engaging content (long-form and short-form) that aligns with business goals and appeals to target segments.
- Work with internal and external teams to produce creative assets and maintain consistency in brand messaging.
Event & Brand Management
- Oversee the execution of local events such as preview sessions, roadshows, webinars, and masterclasses, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Maintain and enhance LSBF’s brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in branding and messaging.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
- Assist in the development of key marketing materials, including press releases, ad copies, and media outreach efforts.
- Support in media relations and event coordination, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders and audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including PPC, Google Ads, SEO, social media campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with MailChimp, Salesforce, SEMrush, and CMS platforms.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytics tools to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
