- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on cloud migration or cloud-based projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS) and experience managing enterprise-scale cloud migrations, particularly in Azure environments.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure components such as Active Directory, VMWare, Windows Server, Linux, networking, and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with API management, microservices, and system integration methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
- Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear recommendations.
- Experience working with large datasets and understanding cloud performance optimization.
