Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor responsible for maintaining client relationships, conducting regular customer visits, providing personalized services, managing sales orders and payments, and driving business growth through phone and email communications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain existing customer relationships, address client concerns, and ensure overall sales quality and service satisfaction.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits based on the company-provided client list, offering face-to-face interactions and tailored services.
  • New Client Acquisition: Build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Administrative Tasks: Report client updates to the supervisor regularly, process sales orders, and manage payment collections.
  • Communication & Sales Growth: Engage with customers via phone and email, host online product demonstrations, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Other Tasks: Complete additional assignments as delegated by the supervisor.

What you will bring:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (Proof of High academic achievement)

2. At least three (3) years of work experience

3. Sales & Marketing, Training & Development experience is a PLUS!

4. Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

5. Candidate shall be able to differentiate between colors
