Follow @abbvie on , , , , and .Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and proactive administrative staff member to provide high-level support for our Area functional teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. A strong background in travel arrangements and visa knowledge for different nationalities. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to functional teams including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation and tracking deadlines
  • Arrange and manage travels including flights, hotels, transportation and itineraries
  • Coordinate visa applications and travel documentation, ensuring compliance with country-specific entry requirements for various nationalities
  • Assist in planning internal events and meetings, both locally and internationally, managing budget and spendings, and all related logistics.
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups between departments and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with fellow administrative staff to ensure consistent support coverage and knowledge sharing
  • Backup support for office management duties
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of Higher School certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within similar administrative roles
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry and / or within a sales and marketing environment is preferred
