- Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and other team members to implement promotional campaigns effectively.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, submit timely reports, and manage field resources efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or a medical-related field (higher qualifications in marketing preferred).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry practices.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
- Experience in budget management and marketing plan execution.
- Proficiency in software tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
