As the Events Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for clients planning weddings and corporate events at our venues. You'll oversee all aspects of event coordination, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to event execution. The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills, hospitality instincts, and passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients during the planning and execution phases.
- Source client leads, conduct venue tours, consultations, and follow-up meetings.
- Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on event flow, menu selections, and décor options.
- Create and manage detailed event timelines, floor plans, and staffing plans.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Be present on-site during events to oversee setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoice details for billing.
- Ensure all vendor activities align with venue policies and timelines.
- Meet or exceed event sales targets and contribute to marketing efforts when needed.
- Support ad hoc duties as required by the Management.

- Proven ability to plan and execute high-end events such as weddings or corporate functions.
