  • Verify compliance with critical tasks and internal gate check processes.
  • Ensure all mandatory procedures and quality checks are followed on the production floor.
  • Conduct and support internal audits to maintain regulatory and procedural alignment.
  • Assist in investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Management
  • Monitor and evaluate shop floor practices to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
  • Review and update quality documentation, work instructions, and compliance checklists.
  • Conduct Module and Engine Hardware Inspections in accordance with technical specifications and standards.
Resource & Operational Planning
  • Plan and allocate daily manpower to support production while maintaining quality oversight.
  • Collaborate with team leads to forecast workloads and ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Adjust manpower deployment in response to real-time operational needs.
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Promote standardization and simplification of quality processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Act as the PQC liaison across different production cells to ensure seamless integration of quality controls.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and proactive engagement within the organization.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Prepare dashboards, charts, and reports to support quality reviews and strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve product and process quality.
